Basic Info

Terms of Service

General Information▸You are purchasing the digital file.▸I do not share sketches/WIPs of commissions to the commissioner unless asked.▸I do not upload commission before sharing the piece with the commissioner first. I will provide a link to a sta.sh/Google Drive file that will hold your commission. I don't tend to delete these, but make sure to save the file to your computer anyways.▸I don't always upload commissions to my social medias. If you REQUIRE me to upload it anywhere, please inform me about it.▸I reserve the rights to increase the price.▸I reserve the rights of cancelling your commission if there is any problems on my end or between us.▸I will not recreate art or an art style that isn't mine.▸Depending on the resolution or clarity of the reference provided, details may be changed slightly due to the way I see them to be.▸You reserve the right to cancel your commission at anytime. Please review the "Refund" section about any cancellation fees.▸I am a developing artist, you may notice a slight shift in style and coloring from your commission to the examples given in my commission info.▸If you are commissioning me for "Commercial Use" I will be charging you extra.
I do not charge extra for advertising, but if you are using the commission to create reproductions- ie: charms, stickers, prints, etc- I will charge you double, or maybe triple. As you are gaining profit off my work.

Payment▸I only accept payment through Paypal▸Payment is required prior to receiving your commission, ideally I prefer it before I start, but I can make exceptions.▸I only accept Paypal payments in USD. Don't stress about the exchange fees to USD.▸Please provide your paypal email with the commission info so I can send you a commission invoice. Unless I say otherwise.▸I keep a detailed personal commission list that I keep track of payments with, so I rarely lose track of who's paid or not.▸Please do not send the payment before we talk.▸You are allowed to Tip Me or pay extra if you please. But do note, this will not inspire me to work faster/better.Refund Policy▸If the commission has not yet been started and you wish to Cancel your commission, I will refund you a 100%. If you cancel the commission AFTER I've started the commission, you will be only be refunded 50%. If you have yet to pay before you cancel your commission, and I have started you will be charged a 50% fee.▸You have no right to demand a full refund from me at any given point.▸If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, you lose the rights to the drawing or anything else I've created for you and I reserve the rights to sell or use your commission(s) as I wish.▸Any kind of Harassment or Neglection towards me will have you reported and listed on my black list.

Copy Rights & Usage PolicyI reserve the right to use the produced work as I please;▸Post/Display it on any of my social medias▸Use it to promote myself▸Use it in my professional Portfolio▸Use it as examples in my commission info▸Credits to you and any others will be given whenever I use your commission anywhere.As the Commissioner you reserve the rights too:▸Repost my work to any other sites, as long as you provide proper credits to me as the artist (I would appreciate if you link me or @ me depending on the social media site)▸Use it as decoration on any social media platforms you may be on- ie: Twitter, DeviantART, Discord, Facebook etc.▸Ask me to not post your commission, I totally respect it if you want to keep it Private.You are NOT ALLOWED to:▸Trace or make changes to my art without my permission.▸Print or Reproduce my art without consulting me first.▸Take credit for my artwork.▸Create Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or sell any part of the Work using blockchain without the prior written consent of Author.▸Train AI with my art.

My Work Process▸Wait time. Depending on the commission type and complexity, it can take me a week or two.▸Wait times shouldn't be more than 2 months, but depending on the complexity of the commission or my life situation, the commission may take a month or two to complete.
Backlog may contribute to this as well.▸If something comes up in my life that delays any commissions, I may message your personally, but depending on my health or time, I might just post a status on Twitter or Instagram. Please look for those if you've been waiting for a while.▸You are allowed to message me to ask how the commission is going, but I most likely won't share a WIP with you, and if you ask too often, this may cause some issues between us.Changes and Adjustments▸After the piece is finished- if I have missed any details or any color adjustments need to be made, I will do them without a fee. I will however require another day to get the adjustments done.▸I will accept a maximum of 2 changes - e.g.: outfit addition/subtraction, anything that has me remake major parts of the piece. After 2 changes, I reserve the right to decline any additional changes or charge you fees.▸Please keep in mind, if you do not provide a clear enough reference "mistakes" may be made and I am not to be held accountable.
